Shipping/Returns

All orders ship within two business days via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as it ships.  If you are unsatisfied with the fit or sound of our iBEANi for any reason, simply return your iBEANi in new condition for a full refund (less shipping).
